Between Gratitude, Giving & Receiving

Between Gratitude, Giving & Receiving
In the United States, we are between the celebrated holiday of gratitude and the holiday of giving and receiving.

As we walk between these celebrations, how are you paving your path of gratitude, giving and receiving?

What are you grateful for:

  • Daily?
  • Doing?
  • Being?
  • Experiencing?

Where or what are you forgetting to have or share gratitude?

Where are you giving:

  • Your time?
  • Your energy?
  • Your support?
  • Your love?

Where or what are you forgetting to give?

What can you receive:

  • From others?
  • From family?
  • From strangers?
  • From yourself?

Where or what are you forgetting to receive?

Even in the midst of individual or global chaos, there is always something to be grateful for, something that can be given and something that can be received.

The smallest action can have profound impact as often stated regarding something as simple as a smile, a thank you, or a hello.

We often think only of the ‘big’ gestures and forget the small ones.

And, many find that gratitude and giving is easier than receiving.

What about you?

Remember, you can transform your perceptions and beliefs that impact your daily experiences and your future possibilities.

Consider how you are:

  • expressing gratitude?
  • giving in varied ways?
  • comfortable receiving?

What could you believe differently about gratitude, giving and receiving?

To get something different, you have to shift from the inside out.

If you have attended a PSYCH-K® workshop, then reflect, create the Goal Statements/ Beliefs to support what you desire, and Balance to integrate your new beliefs. Then take action to demonstrate your commitment.

If you have not attended a PSYCH-K® workshop, then use what you know to transform or contact me about my private session program or find a workshop and learn how to be free to create your future.

In working with me, what is appreciated is the ease and simplicity that the PSYCH-K® approach provides in transforming experiences that hold someone back and to be able to move forward.
