Workshop Cancellation
Since unforeseen situations can occur, we always recommend booking travel or accommodations that are changeable or refundable. Any travel or accommodation impact due to a cancellation is the responsibility of the individual and NOT Robin, her company, PSYCH-K® International, or the workshop’s organizer.
Prior to 48 hours before a workshop
In case you have paid for a workshop and you need to cancel up to 48 hours before the workshop, you have two options:
1. Transfer your registration to a different workshop that Robin is teaching and attend within one year.
2. Request a refund – you will receive a refund for the amount you paid for the workshop less a US$50 administrative fee per person and less the credit card fees accessed by the credit card company if a credit card was used for the original registration.
NOTE: the exceptions are:
The Online Level 1 Workshop in that once you download the workshop materials, there are no refunds.
The Master Facilitation Workshop and the Online Level 2 Workshop which once the Pre-Reading is sent, there are no refunds.
However, you can transfer your specific workshop registration to a different Online Level 1 or Master Facilitation Workshop or Level 2 that Robin is teaching.
Within 48 hours of a workshop
If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the workshop:
There is no refund.
You can transfer your registration to a different workshop that Robin is teaching and attend within one year.
- Leaving the workshop once it starts does not apply for a refund.
Workshop cancelled by Robin
If for some reason, Robin needs to cancel a workshop that you have paid for, you have 2 options:
1. Transfer your registration to a different workshop that Robin is teaching and attend within one year.
2. Request a refund – you will receive a full refund.
NOTE: If the workshop is canceled due to government guidelines about a pandemic such as Covid19, a refund is available with a request from Robin that the non-refundable credit card fee be subtracted from the refund total – thus sharing the financial impact to both of us.
