Reflect Back and Look Forward

Reflect Back and Look Forward

We are once again at the end of a calendar year and entering into a new one…

This is a great time to reflect back on 2025 for insights, aha’s and awareness that you can use to inform what you want to leave behind, bring forward, and create new in 2026.

Here are some questions to reflect with for 2025:

  • What did I say ‘yes’ to that I wish I hadn’t, and why?
  • What energized me this year? What drained me?
  • Where did I show up for others?
  • Where did I feel most seen, valued, or supported?
  • What am I most proud of accomplishing in 2025?
  • What am I ready to release as I leave 2025 behind?
  • What do I want to honor, celebrate, or thank myself for?

With this reflection back, now take your insights and look forward into 2026:

  • What part of my life is asking for expansion, attention or courage?
  • If I could only accomplish three meaningful things in 2026, what would they be?
  • Where do I want to stretch my skills or influence?
  • How do I want to show up in my closest relationships?
  • How do I want to nurture my body, mind, and spirit?
  • How will I intentionally create space for fun and renewal?
  • If I trusted myself fully, what would I do this year?

If 2026 had a single guiding word or phrase, what would it be?

Wishing you a very joyous and happy New Year!

To get something different, from the inside out.

If you have attended a PSYCH-K® workshop, then reflect, create the Goal Statements/ Beliefs to support what you desire, and Balance to integrate your new beliefs. Then take action to demonstrate your commitment.

If you have not attended a PSYCH-K® workshop, then use what you know to transform or contact me about my private session program or find a workshop and learn how to be free to create your future.

In working with me, what is appreciated is the ease and simplicity that the PSYCH-K® approach provides in transforming experiences that hold someone back and to be able to move forward.
