Hold on and Grow

Ever felt knocked over and wondered how you will continue?

The image is a tree that fell over during a storm last year. The fall was a combination of the lake bank giving way and the wind blowing the tree down.

What I love about this is that the tree roots are still fully connected, and the tree is fully alive and growing.

It is not the normal upright tree, yet still alive and giving to the environment.

There are many situations that can feel like we are being knocked down.

What is important to remember is that even when you are flattened, your roots are still connected, and you can continue to grow.

  • Perhaps a support system you depended on is no longer available;
  • Perhaps challenges are blowing at you rapidly;
  • Perhaps you are just tired and want to rest…

With any of these, remember to honor yourself that you have grown through other challenges and situations and that your root system is still intact.

You can define your root system as you wish…

  • Could be your self awareness that you persevered before;
  • Could be your trust in a spiritual commitment;
  • Could be a knowingness that this is an opportunity to learn and grow.

If you feel like your root system is in question… then that is a wonderful opportunity to redefine how you want it to be.

Always remember, you are being supported physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Physically, at the simplest level, the chair, the floor, the building, and the earth are all supporting you.

Mentally, your thoughts are powerful and something you can control and redirect.

Spiritually, however you define spirit and whether you feel connected or not, you are part of a larger whole that is an unseen field of support.

Explore when you have felt supported and what created that.

How can you create that support for yourself whenever you need?

To get something different, from the inside out.

If you have attended a PSYCH-K® workshop, then reflect, create the Goal Statements/ Beliefs to support what you desire, and Balance to integrate your new beliefs. Then take action to demonstrate your commitment.

If you have not attended a PSYCH-K® workshop, then use what you know to transform or contact me about my private session program or find a workshop and learn how to be free to create your future.

In working with me, what is appreciated is the ease and simplicity that the PSYCH-K® approach provides in transforming experiences that hold someone back and to be able to move forward.
