Celebration of Freedom
- By Robin L. Graham
What independence and freedoms are you celebrating?
In the United States, July 4th is celebrated as Independence Day to commemorate the adoption of the Declaration of Independence and the birth of the United States as an independent nation in 1776.
In the following 249 years, there has been tremendous changes with the world experiences and our interconnection with each other across the globe.
There are many ways that independence and freedoms have been and are being obstructed.
And there are areas of independence and freedom that are available yet not appreciated or recognized.
Let’s consider your own personal independence and freedom:
- Where do you experience independence?
- What is a block or barrier to an independence you wish you had?
- How could you invite a new perspective?
- Where do you experience freedom?
- What is a block or barrier to a freedom you wish you had?
- How could you invite a new perspective?
Independence and freedoms are often perceived as external experiences. However, the essential origin of independence and freedom is within our own mind – thoughts and beliefs.
As an example, a client was experiencing stress, anger and burden at the responsibilities related to payroll for her employees. After shifting her perspective with a PSYCH-K® Balance, she realized that having employees gives her independence and freedom to focus with her strengths and passions.
Are you appreciating the independence and freedoms you already have?
What if your block or barrier about independence or freedom is externally experienced yet there is an opportunity to see it from a different perspective and change the experience?
How would your life experience shift if you appreciated and perceived your independence and freedoms in a new way?

If you have attended a PSYCH-K® workshop, then reflect, create the Goal Statements/ Beliefs to support what you desire, and Balance to integrate your new beliefs. Then take action to demonstrate your commitment.
If you have not attended a PSYCH-K® workshop, then use what you know to transform or contact me about my private session program or find a workshop and learn how to be free to create your future.
In working with me, what is appreciated is the ease and simplicity that the PSYCH-K® approach provides in transforming experiences that hold someone back and to be able to move forward.
