Impact of Space

Space…the final frontier!

Star Trek fans out there? However, I am not referring to that space…

The concept of space is used in many ways and often overlooked in its usefulness.

[To help you read the above with spaces: Without spaces, the words run together making it challenging to read!]

Without spaces, music would not be music!

Without spaces, we would run into things all the time!

Without space, art would be questionable!

Without space, numbers would be meaningless.

How can we use space to support us?

I am learning, finally, that having unscheduled space in my day and during the week is healthy and necessary.

A friend recently shared that he was frustrated that his kids had a day off from school, yet he was fully scheduled and could not spend time with them.

Since this is a standard day off, we discussed that 6 months to a year out he reserves days or weeks for his family time and or personal time.

Secure your ‘white space’ before scheduling anything else. AND the white space is non-negotiable as requests come in.

What is your relationship with space?
  • On your calendar
  • In your home (clutter filling up the spaces?)
  • With friends (do connect regularly?)
  • With your thoughts (practice 1 min of no thinking)

Explore how you can appreciate the spaces that are in your life and create more where desired.

To get something different, you have to shift from the inside out.

If you have attended a PSYCH-K® workshop, then reflect, create the Goal Statements/ Beliefs to support what you desire, and Balance to integrate your new beliefs. Then take action to demonstrate your commitment.

If you have not attended a PSYCH-K® workshop, then use what you know to transform or contact me about my private session program or find a workshop and learn how to be free to create your future.

In working with me, what is appreciated is the ease and simplicity that the PSYCH-K® approach provides in transforming experiences that hold someone back and to be able to move forward.
